Eagle Eye Productions has a standard 24 hour cancellation policy. That means unless otherwise agreed upon, if a date has been booked, or a call time has been given, or a location has been given, and is cancelled for any reason within 24 hours of the agreed or estimated call time (ex. morning shoot, or evening shoot), the client will be billed for the full amount of the job. Understand that just because the job starts at a particular time, it takes quite a bit of preparation on my part to be ready for the job. This is not a small piece of equipment, it’s heavy equipment. Also, if I am confirmed for a job and other work has been turned away because you have blocked the date(s), and then your job cancels, even if it is outside of the 24 hour window, you will be charged full rate.
Weather policy is as follows: I know that nobody has control of the weather, however, that is what rain dates are for, and this falls into the agreed upon area. Each situation is different, and there are usually other schedules to consider. Understand that this is an electronic piece of equipment, and water is not good for it. I take precautions and may need assistance in the event of a sudden downpour. Lightning is NOT my friend, and if lightning is in the area, work will stop, NO EXCEPTIONS. High winds are also an issue and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
